I found Louli through this website. After reading reviews on her page I was eager to visit her setting. I stayed about an hour for the first visit, and I was very impressed with both her and her assistant (Alma). They have amazing connection with the children.

My daughter started going to Louli's when she was 7 month old and she is now 13 month old. She started going to the setting for two mornings (7.30-15.00) per week and will start full time this September. We had a very long settling period (about a month) as I didn't need to go back to work yet. I find it amazing that Louli has the flexibility to vary the length of settling period based on children/parents' comfortability. Some of the nurseries I know don't have this kind of flexibility.

Right after the end of the settling period we had the lock-down and Louli weren't able to open her setting until two months later. However, during the lockdown, Louli put in great efforts to keep her connection with the children. She spent every morning online with children doing activities. The impact was obvious. When Louli re-opened her setting, I worried that my daughter may need another settling period, but she immediately attends the setting for the full hours we subscribed. She naps, plays and eats well there.

The other thing that I want to mention is Louli's amazing work to minimise the virus risk when she re-opened the setting. She adapts her setting, keeps communication with the parents and coordinates with her staff. I think sometimes parents may have doubts that whether small-scale childcare providers are able to maintain good practice but Louli always does the best of everything.

Louli organised wonderful activities for children that are fun, educative, and creative. Both of her assistants (Alma and Lona) are also very caring and dedicated. I cannot wait for my daughter to start full time at her place in September. I just feel really lucky that we find her.
