About Me
Hi, I am Katrina I’m 30. Me and my son have just moved to Waltham Cross from the North West. I’m a single mum to my 10 yr old son (almost 11) called Zia, he has a profound hearing loss and uses cochlear implant hearing aid to hear. He has abit of delay in his speech and learning and also is still in diapers due to his uncontrollable bowels ( he can change himself but sometimes needs abit of help!) He is a very happy bubbly boy gets along with everyone! He communicates with bsl or makaton but he also uses vocabulary too.
My Requirements
I’m looking for a childminder/nanny/babysitter who will be able to take care of Zia. At the moment he is not going to any school as we still waiting for Hertfordshire county council to receive his EHCP. I also like to have me time so it’ll be nice for someone to take care of Zia in that time. I prefer someone with special needs experience.
I work part time 12 hours at a after school club in Ware which Zia also attends which is helpful! So ideally at this very moment it’s just for abit of me time to get some errands done whilst knowing my son is safe and cared for during that time.
