About Me
I am a fun energetic person who loves to take care of children and I believe I am the best version of my self when working with children and young people. I am extremely attentive, caring and honest. I currently work as a support worker but am looking for some childminding/babysitting work as I miss working with children!
My Experience
I have volunteered in Peru for 6 weeks, in an orphanage for young children and babies. My role involved feeding, entertaining, safe guarding and caring for the babies. In addition to this I also volunteered in Bali, teaching English to 7/8 year old girls and providing after school daycare for the local community. However, I have been working in child care for the past 7 years now and it has become a true passion of mine. Before coronavirus hit the world, I was working as a teaching assistant in a school in Madrid and after school, as an English teacher in a local after school English club. I loved working here and was extremely sad to have to move back to the UK due to lack of work in Spain due to COVID.
My Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Criminology and Psychology, within my degrees of which I achieved a 2.1, I studied the psychology of child development and researched into this as part of my degree.
