My Requirements

We need after school help 3-5 days a week from September 2022. We live in Fulham (near bishop’s park) and need help approx between 14:30- 18:30. To help look after the baby during the pick up and while doing homework. Alternatively play, do activities or go to the park with the older kids.

From 2:30- 6:30/7 (tbc)
-If available start flexibly at noon-ish to help mom with baby
-Days min 3 days/ afternoons

Tasks:
-Look after Alessandro (sweet and fun 1 year old) independently while mom goes to do pick ups and small errands (approx 3-4pm). Include: sleeping, playing, changing, feeding the baby
-Helps with kids and or baby until 630 pm
-When looking after older child at home help with homework/ art activities/ read books and conversation starters
-When at the park look after older children and that he plays nicely with others and safely
-From time to time prep snack for older children or reheat the dinner
-Occasionally might be asked to help with small shopping for essentials locally

Must haves:
-Be on time (school time exit)
-Flexible and adaptable to challenges and needs of young children
-Can work well with routine tasks, enjoys being around children
-Good manners with kids and proactive while focus on education and good manners in return
-Can use own initiative and use a variety of strategies if child needs change of activity, support and keep children engaged
