About Me
Hello, My name is Chelsey and I am currently an Early Years teacher with experience in KS1. I have been a qualified teacher for 6 years but have worked as a teaching assistant prior to becoming a teacher.
I can support all areas of the Early Years curriculum such as gross and fine motor skills to phonics, handwriting, reading, literacy and maths support.
I am able to support children to pass the year one phonics screening, KS1 SATs and reach their age-related expectations.
Younger children may find it hard to complete a full hour, so I have a 30 minute option too.
Each child is unique, my tuition will cater to your child and how they learn.
I create a bespoke lesson plan for you child and make all my own resources to support each child individually.
My Experience
I am currently a Reception teacher with experience in Nursery and KS1.
I have been a private tutor over a year now and have helped children achieve their KS1 SATs and pass their phonics screening in year 1. I have previously worked as a teaching assistant at a SEN school and Primary school.
My Qualifications
PGCE in Early Years Primary Education 3-7years
Degree: BA(hons) Fine Art
A-Levels in Psychology, Art, Philosophy and Ethics
GSCEs A-C
My Availability
I am available at weekends and could possibly create time one evening a week.

My Fees
- Tutoring from £35.00 per hour
Some younger children may find it hard to complete an hours tuition (child dependent) in one go especially in the evenings after school, so I offer 30 minute sessions as well as hour long ones.
