My Experience

August 2019-May 2021: full time assistant house coordinator at a residential care home for special needs adults. Assisting the main house coordinator with the daily running of a household with 5 residents with special needs, together with 2 volunteers.
Main task: the daily care for the residents and accompanying them to their therapies/ day workshops/doctor’s appointments.

Main tasks: looking after a dormitory with 2 students accompanying them throughout their day and working in the vegetable garden as part of the garden team.

My Qualifications

September 2012-July 2015: “Steiner Waldorf Early Childhood Training Course“ at Rudolf Steiner House London,Level 4 Qualification. From 2011-2018 I worked first as a trainee and then kindergarten assistant in various kindergarten settings.
In 2006 I had completed a gardening training “ the Severn Valley bio-dynamic Land training”. Over the years i was able bring aspects of my gardening back ground into my work with young children combining both passions of mine
