About Me
I love spending time with my family and friends and having a good time. I feel like children are also a big part of my life since working with them for such a long period. My goal one day is to open my childcare setting.
I have a twin brother so growing up I always had someone to have fun with and believe children should have the best start in life.
My Experience
In July 2013 I completed a course called ‘Teens and toddlers’ which concluded of 60 hours curriculum time Learning the different aspects of a Child’s life. From this, I went on to volunteer in a nursery which then lead to me being offered an apprenticeship completing level 2. (2015-2016) I had many responsibilities, such as planning and setting out appropriate activities, changing and dressing babies, help with meal times, take daily observations etc. I then went into another nursery and completed my level 3 ( 2016-2018) I had 10 key children where I monitor their development each day, be responsible for trips out the setting, make sure children were safeguarded at all times, make sure age-appropriate equipment was set out and encourage the children to always have the best day they could. Have also worked in schools and babysit for many family's.
