Hi, I’m Charlotte and I have over 13 years of Early Years and childcare experience. I am also a new Mummy myself to my lovely Son who was born in January 2020. I love going out and exploring the outdoors, making memories with my family and catching up with friends.
My Experience
I have over 13 years experience working within the childcare sector in nurseries, a school and as a private sole charge nanny to a beautiful family.
I have gained a 1st Class BA Hons degree in early years and education in 2018 whilst managing a nursery. I am currently near the end of my maternity leave and I am currently a Nursery manager of an early years nursery.
I love being with children and watching them learn and develop, finding that every day working with children is exciting, new, challenging and inspiring. The way children learn and develop has always been of interest to me during my work and studies. To me, being around children is all about having fun, laughing and most of all listening and respecting their voice and choices.
