About Me

Hi! I’m Saffa, I’m currently 20, working two jobs (and in university!), one in a nursery and the other in a number of secondary and primary schools across GM. I have worked in SEN settings and mainstream settings with an agency.

Prior to babysitting, I would like to spend a full day or two getting to know your child (this is at no charge) their needs, diet, any allergies or medical conditions and allowing them to get more comfortable with me. If I am their first babysitter, I would like to ensure they understand my role in their routine. If you ever think your child may display extreme challenging behaviour for babysitters, please do not worry as we can both work on plans to help regulate your child behaviour when I’m babysitting.

My Experience

I have extensive experience with challenging behaviour, special needs (especially autism), and childcare. My approach is very flexible to a child’s needs, anything you think may be ‘too much’ for a babysitter is nothing for me :)

My Qualifications

First aid training, epilepsy training, epilepsy buccal training, autism awareness, positive behaviour support, health hygiene. Also have a great academic background so I can help with school work from primary to college ages. My advanced DBS is currently on the update system, you can request to see the physical copy or check my reference online :)

My Fees

Babysitting from £15.00 per hour

My pay will include £6 towards my travel, I do not have additional fees.
