About Me
I’m a babysitter of 5 years. Most of my relationships with families are long term, having developed a connection with their children, I am keen to stay in their life as long as I am needed. I relate to children on their level, being an only child I love how this can make me feel part of bigger families with lots of younger siblings! I love playing video games still at the ripe old age of 18! I am active with children, happy to take them outside of the house and I offering a tutoring and cleaning service too!
My Experience
I have experience babysitting up to 4 children at a time. Previously I have worked with 3 boys aged 9-14 who had a combination of Autism and ADHD. I took them out into central Manchester, they had a fabulous day at a gaming museum with no casualties of course! I am very careful and kind, stern when warranted though of course. I am loving and nurturing, I show my children the same kindness my mother showed me! Whilst I will never replace a child’s parents I aim to be the next best thing in their absence :)
I currently work as a teaching assistant at an infant and junior school. I work 1:1 with children with behavioural issues.
I have never worked with ages less than 3 before but I am more than happy to work with infants and young toddlers with instruction provided.
My Qualifications
I have helped out at a professional daycare establishment and Babysat for many families in my local area. I work in a junior and infant school and I am also a private tutor. I have an Enhanced DBS and references can be provided also.
My Availability
I currently work full time so I am only available for babysitting at the weekend or during school holidays, provided they align with the dates my school is off. I am currently taking bookings for summer childcare July-August.
