Hi I’m Simon. I’m a student at Falmouth University and currently based in Penryn. Friends and family would describe me as a charismatic, diligent and fun individual; who always believes in delivering the absolute best, which in this case would be babysitting or tutoring your child/children.
My Experience
I have over 3 years of paid experience and 7 years of voluntary experience as a youth support worker, working with children and young people aged 3 to 17.
Before starting university, I spent a year working as a Project Leader for a local charity, organising and running sessions and workshops helping young teenagers develop core life skills.
In addition to this, I also have a large amount of experience working at a local primary school, running after school clubs and assisting after school care for children aged 2-11.
My Qualifications
- 9 GCSE’s all between grades 9-7 (equivalent A*-B)
- 3 A Levels (Biology,Psychology and Photography)
- I am advanced DBS checked
- I have undergone safe guarding training
- I have done entry level sports coaching training
- Currently doing a BA (Hons) degree in Photojournalism
