My Experience

Having now spent over ten years teaching, during which time i have held several positions of increasing responsibility including: subject lead, year leader and assistant head teacher, I have accumulated a wealth of experience across the primary curriculum particularly across Key Stage 2.

My teaching approach revolves around personalised attention and adapting to each student’s unique learning style. I focus on identifying their strengths and weaknesses to tailor lessons that effectively address their needs. I employ a variety of teaching methods, interactive activities and visual aids to make learning enjoyable and effective.

I believe in regular assessment and progress tracking to ensure students’ growth and development. I provide detailed feedback to parents and guardians, outlining areas of improvement and offering suggestions for continued academic success.

I firmly believe that education is not only about acquiring knowledge but also about instilling values, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. My goal as a primary school private tutor is to empower students to become lifelong learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens.
