Hello, my name is Neave. I’m a young, enthusiastic person, looking to venture into a new direction in childcare. I’ve been working in a local nursery for a year and a half and have formed great relationships with the families, I’m also doing regular babysitting for one of these families. I can’t wait to able to come part of your family as it’s very important to me.
My Experience
Since completing my Level 3 in Children's Play, Learning and Development I have worked in the 0-18 months room at Tiddlywinks Nursery in Bradford on Avon. With this I gained a good understanding of EYFS, I have also learnt the importance of good relationships with the parents/families and how that positively impacts the children. I have a strong understanding of babies and toddlers needs and how to support their learning, with other experience with pre-school and school aged children too.
