First time mum to my little boy Oscar. Returning back to work on a full time basis in September. Nervous to be leaving Oscar as haven’t done so much during first half of my maternity leave. Having a good relationship between minder and me will be critical. Any support and advice with how to prepare for the transition will be much appreciated.
