I have an interest in gaining experience and knowledge when it comes to working with children as this is what I intend to do with my career and I am currently working in a school.
My Experience
I am currently working as a support staff member at a private Montessori school so I have a lot of Montessori work experience. I have experience working in nurseries, primary schools and also secondary schools.
I have done baby sitting morning and also evening work which included cooking meals, tidying, nap changes and helping with any tasks they needed help with.
I have a desire and the passion to work with children and young adults I have done 2 years of voluntary work at a primary school and I was also doing my teaching and learning in schools that were for level 2 and level 3. I have gained a lot of experience since I started working at schools I have listed what I have done while working with children;
• Working with special needs students on a one to one
• Lesson prepping independently or alongside the classroom teacher
• Classroom preparations such as sticking, printing, cutting and displaying students' work in the classroom
• Tidying
• Written reports on behaviour such as for their academic needs, well-being and about their day
• Personal care needs
• Worked with children and young adults with physical disabilities
• Counselling them and making sure they are calm and collected
• British sign language
• Supported their playtimes and lunchtimes such as feeding etc.

I have a good working background with no employment gaps I have the right skills and the attitude working with children I have worked with children with special needs such as Autism and ADHD also children with behaviour issues.
