About Me
We have two girls, a baby age nearly 1 and a toddler age 2 almost 3. We also have a small dog at home - a Westie.
We currently have a set up with a combination of nursery for the oldest, and two childminders in combination. Although the children are very happy and it works OK, we both work and the wrap around care and flexibility isn't there. We would ideally like a nanny to look after the youngest, and to provide some looking after for the toddler, plus wrap around for nursery. Moon on a stick basically! As I work shifts a degree aid flexibility is possible.
