My Requirements
Childminder needed - we’re ideally looking 2 or 3 mornings a week roughly 10am to 3pm around Finchley Central. Hours/days negotiable so we can fit around the right person’s availability.
We have a 26 month old girl who is a very vocal madam. Beaming or screaming are the default (although beaming more than screaming luckily!) so someone with plenty of calm patience and fun play ideas needed.
She’s also slowly coming out of a stranger/separation anxiety phase so we definitely need someone with oodles of patience, kindness and empathy to take on the challenge of gaining her trust and not getting frustrated if she takes some time to settle.
The key things we want for her are to trust/feel comfortable and to have lots and lots of fun! If she's smiling we're happy :)
