My name's Sophie. I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual. I hold a level 6 in childcare and education and have recently finished studying childhood and youth studies degree at the UEA. I currently hold a bachelor’s honours degree. I have completed my 7 GCSEs and A-levels and plan to work in the childcare sector. I have previously worked in a 0-2 baby room at Chestnut Nursery, covering different rooms. And have ventured in sole care live in nanny positions! Before starting university, I was a teaching assistant in reception and year two classes. Since graduating I have been working in a nursery in Blofield as a baby room practitioner, which I love! I am eager to learn and develop personal skills in a practical setting. I love working with children and watching them develop and grow.
My most recent venture abroad was being a live-in au pair in Cannes for six weeks over the summer, looking after a 4-year-old boy and occasionally babysitting his 8-month-old sister.
I would love to provide babysitting services (ad-hoc/ pre arranged) and regular nanny services (all day on a Friday) to fit around my nursery position! ??

My Experience
I have experience with 0-10 years through baby sitting, working in a nursery in the baby room, sole care live in nanny work, part time/ after school Nannying and being a year 1 and 2 teaching assistant
I have lots of experience in the nannying role, prepping and serving food, tidying and putting the children to bed.
My Qualifications
Bachelor of honours degree in childhood and youth studies
Paediatric first aid
Food hygiene level 3
Enhanced DBS
GCES in English, maths, science, food, photography and geography.
level 2 sports leadership qualification

Monday- evenings
Tuesday- evenings
Wednesday- evenings
Thursday- evenings
Friday- all day
Saturday- all day
Sunday- all day
My Fees
- Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
Negotiable for Right family, depends on number of children and duties required:)

Sophie took care of my two girls, 2 and 1 years old, just for a couple of hours and I came home to happy faces which was lovely. I would hire her again.
