About Me

I'm a friendly and responsible 22 year old uni student who discovered my love for helping school kids with their maths, physics and general confidence and enjoyment of the subject matter.

My Experience

1 year assisting to teach GCSE and A-Level content as a volunteering member of staff. I would act as a personal tutor in the classroom to whomsoever needed it.

Privately tutored for a student who could not attend much school on a medical basis, and helped him to find the confidence and mathematical dexterity he needed to gain the highest grade on his paper rather than the predicted "fail".

Comfortable, responsible, relaxed and professional with all students of abilities. Will engage with them personally in sessions to encourage investment and enjoyment, which is key.

My Qualifications

GCSE and A-Level Qualifications in maths and physics with an A in A-Level further maths.
DBS and Enhanced DBS certificates.
1 year teaching syllabus maths.
First privately tutored student went from a no grade prediction to the highest grade on his foundation paper in the space of months and enjoyed his time in session.
