About Me

I am a fun loving, calm and relaxed person who throughly enjoys spending time with children and helping nurture and support them to reach their potential.
Outside of teaching, I am a huge fan of the outdoors and will take any opportunity to cycle, ski or paddle board.

My Experience

I am a qualified teacher of 10 years and currently teach year 6 in South London. I have been lucky enough to have worked with children from reception to year 6 across the duration of my career and have extensive experience of moderate learning difficulties.
With a solid understanding of how children learn, I am well positioned to support your child through any year of primary school to help bridge gaps caused by school closures, stretch and challenge high attainers and prepare for 11+ and SATs exams.

My Qualifications

I have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE and keep up with evidenced based practice to ensure I’m always using the best methods for teaching.
In addition, I have an MA and and MSc in other academic areas.

My Availability

I am available most evenings after school along with weekend mornings.

My Fees

Tutoring from £40.00 per hour

I charge a flat rate of £40 an hour including SATs and 11+ preparation.
Where booked for back to back sessions with siblings, a 2 hour session would be charged at £70.
