About Me
Working with children has always been a long dream of mine, I am energetic, fun and hardworking. I find working with children a really rewarding job. I have done it multiple times in professional sense and for friends and family and have multiple references. I am a very tidy and organised person and like to make sure to always plan ahead. I am able to cook healthy meals as I regularly go to the gym and understand how important a balanced diet is, especially for younger children. I like playing sports and am familiar with playground games but also love photography, media and art. I am also currently a learner driver and am hoping to take my test this year.
My Experience
Over the past year I watched over a young boy (Oli) who was a very energetic individual and who has ADHD so I have a background in caring for young people who require individualistic approach in order to meet their needs and ensure that they are safe and comfortable. With this young individual I would help him with his homework, stay with him during the weekends while his mum was working in the hospital and would take him out on those days. We would go to theme parks together, go to the park, watch his favourite shows and share his interests with him. I would prepare his meals for school when his mum was working in the mornings. I would help him explore his creative outlets like video editing and help him with his drawings. I would provide him support whenever he needed it even outside my working hours to help both him and his mum so she can be at ease when she is not there. Reference is available on request.

My Qualifications
I currently have no qualifications but am looking to soon get a DBS check, paediatric first aid and will be taking further courses in childcare down the line.
