My Requirements

About the Role:
You’ll be caring for our two children, supporting their growth and development through play, activities, and day-to-day routines. Our older child will be attending nursery part-time, so we’ll need help with drop-offs and pick-ups.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Previous experience caring for infants and toddlers.
• Qualifications:
o Montessori-trained or strong knowledge of Montessori principles (preferred but not essential)
o Up-to-date DBS check
o Valid first aid certificate (paediatric preferred)
o Valid UK driver’s licence
• References: Excellent and verifiable references.
• Other:
o Non-smoker
o Fluent English (other languages welcome but not required)
o Comfortable with light household duties related to the children.
Responsibilities Include:
• Nursery drop-off and pick-up (when needed).
• Taking the children to local playgroups, activities, and parks.
• Preparing healthy, balanced meals and snacks.
• Managing children’s laundry and keeping their rooms tidy.
• Organising toy rotations and engaging play setups.
• Planning age-appropriate developmental and sensory activities.
• Supporting nap/bedtime routines for both children.
• Keeping daily logs/updates on routines, meals, and milestones.
• Household tidying related to children (e.g., cleaning up after play and meals)
