My Summary
About Me
I am a warm, fun and approachable Norland Nanny with a naturally bubbly personality, and I take pride in creating a positive, engaging and nurturing environment for the children in my care. Alongside this, I am calm, reliable and structured in my approach, ensuring children feel safe, supported and secure.
I value building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents, and I am passionate about supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, confidence and development. I tailor my approach to suit each child and family’s individual needs, while maintaining clear routines and boundaries.
I am professional, discreet and highly adaptable, and I enjoy working closely with families to support happy, well-settled children.
My Experience
I am a fully qualified Norland Nanny with a BA (Hons) in Early Years Development and Learning and over 11 years of professional experience across private households, overseas roles, rota positions and staffed UHNW environments. I have extensive experience caring for children from newborn through to adolescence, including proxy-parent roles, international relocations, and frequent travel.
I am confident working both sole-charge and alongside stay-at-home parents and household teams, and I pride myself on seamless collaboration with chefs, housekeepers, drivers and specialists. My strengths include emotional coaching, autism awareness, routine establishment, sleep support, early years development, and helping children navigate major life transitions such as new siblings, bereavement, relocation and school changes. I am calm, adaptable, discreet and deeply child-focused, with a warm but structured approach.
