I have a 18 month old wee boy, he's a delight but is only used to our immediate family looking after him! I'd like someone fun but responsible, needs to be someone who is confident with a young baby and someone who is confident getting him to settle when I leave.
Also would like someone who is flexible/available at different times of day /evenings and also someone who can sometimes come at short notice.
