About Me
Working family, my partner works away often and so some extra help is necessary. We have 3 children , eldest is 4 middle is 3 and baby is 6 months. Staying ontop of the house and helping with a routine for the two youngest throughout the week would be particularly helpful as our eldest is in reception at the local school. We are open to discussing timings etc that could work depending on hours of availability. Our eldest boy is very energetic, clever and caring to his siblings,
Our middle child Raeya who is 3, can be very emotional, and gets very frustrated and needs some extra support and attention at time. Although she is too young for any actual diagnosis of her being on the spectrum she displays a lot of signs with her daily struggles with her big emotions. Our youngest is still exclusively breastfeeding but is doing very well on solid foods too and does accept a bottle from others of expressed milk. I have always had a particular interest in Montessori style living and learning, toy rotations messy play etc
My Requirements
Interested in finding someone that could provide that support on a weekly basis a couple of days each week

Our son started with Elaine at around 19 months old. Being a covid baby and never being cared for by anyone else it felt like it was going to be so hard getting him settled. Elaine goes above and beyond her duties of a childminder, she made us feel at ease in the early days when he was finding it hard to settle and she never gave up. Fast forward to our son turning 3, he walks into Elaines home like its his own, his confidence and development since being in Elaines care has thrived. Seeing him interact in social settings now and everything he learned in Elaines care - we are so grateful.
Daily diaries were always something I looked forward to hearing about what he had got up to that day what nutritious and delicious food he had ate. Even down to the stories they had at story time the detail Elaine would give is amazing.
Elaine really does welcome each child to become part of her extended family, my son has now seamlessly transitioned into preschool which I can honestly say is all thanks to Elaine being that stepping stone and a huge part of his early years journey.
Thank you so much Elaine, and for anyone considering a childminder I cannot express how highly I would recommend Elaine.
