Cheryl is a very pleasant and has incredible experience in childcare.
Hired her for a morning when my toddler had a viral infection and she was fantastic with her.
Felt comfortable with her care.
Would definitely recommend her and also have her again.

I hired Vikki to watch my toddler for 2 days and paid £210 in advance for her services(£16/hr), however she left in the middle of the first day citing that her father was having a heart attack. She said she would come back the next day or if not refund my money.
It has been at least 10 days since this event and neither Vikki nor her manager Paula have not been responding to my messages or calls. Have not refunded my money either.
I find them to be fraudulent until proven otherwise.

Please be aware and do not hire them.
This website has Paula's number for contact and obviously have not heard back.
I have reported this matter to this website as well.

Firstly I do not even know who you are talking about. I do not have a manager I am self employed. Second if all we have had no correspondence on this site, which childcare.co.uk can verify. Thirdly I can providebank statements that prove no financial transaction ever took place . Fourthly you are based on Wigan im on the Wirral. Fifthly I never ever take money up front. As all Childcare workers or babysitters we get paid at the end of our hours. Also I don't know when all this took place as I have permanent famillies. For example Safa , Izabela and Shona who will all vouch that I have the children when you said I provided this. I have 7 reviews all 5 star. I work with Vulnerable famillies and this is a safe space. This is slander. I do not acknowledge this review. Please see below counter statements that my regular famillies will upload . Finally I have a professional character reference attached to my profile. From Emma Whittle Manager at Koala NW a verified Charity I work for. Who has described my character and professionalism.
