I am a soon 23-year-old female student, currently studying full-time and working part-time. I study business management and work in hospitality. I am from Finland and have lived in Scotland for a year now. Previously I have lived in Australia for two years and am fluent in English.
I am a very active and positive person, with a lot of patience and understanding. Currently not working with children I have missed it, and I am very excited to get back to it. As a babysitter I would say I am reliable and encouraging. I understand that your children are the most important thing to you, and respect that.
I do not have a car but I live in the city near good public transport. I am more than happy to answer any additional questions you might have.
My Experience
During my high school studies I worked for a football club for 2,5 years, encouraging children aged 1-4 year-olds to learn in an encouraging and active environment. I also worked in an indoor activity park, where the emphasis was on safety and cleanliness.
I have also worked as an au pair in three different families in Australia. My first family I spent 6 months with, taking care of 2 and 5 year-olds, second family for 3 months with 4, 7 and 13 year olds. My last family I lived with a 7-year-old and 5 months old baby, for 3 months. During these times I also did irregular babysitting for other families, including over night stays.
My Qualifications
Basic knowledge of first aid. Fluent in Finnish and English. I have a drivers license. Have babysitting experience from children aged from 5 months to 13 years old.
