About Me
I’m Ella and I’m a childminder with an ofsted registered agency. I’m a mum, stepmum, auntie and the eldest of 7 children, so I’m used to being around little people! I’m passionate about providing a safe and secure space for little ones to play, learn and explore. I believe children do so well outdoors so I try to make sure we play outside in nature as much as possible, learning all about this wonderful planet we live on.
My Experience
My work background is varied but I’ve learned a lot of skills that help me as a childminder. I was a chemistry teacher so know how to plan for optimal learning whilst making things fun and exciting. As a step-mum for 10 years, I’ve watched my stepson grow and develop and I homeschooled him through lockdown. Now mum to a 2 year old, our environment is geared towards little ones with an array of learning experiences. I’ve completed childcare training with an ofsted registered childcare agency and I have paediatric first aid training.
