About Me
A business owner with 2 girls that are home-schooled with special needs.
I'm a visual learner & big on open communication.
I'm all about hiring based on what lights up my soul & feels good in my heart for example on paper it can sound like a good fit but if the energy, communication & actions are out of alignment with what my soul wants I'll be able to feel it and know instantly that it's not the next move forward.
We enjoy living life on our terms, swimming and travelling to places that enhance our mental, emotional & financial well-being.
My Requirements

*Must be a driver and have use of own private vehicle.
Occasionally want a nanny when I need a break for a few hours out of the day/week.
Be required to help in the home with educational activities, Such as numeracy & working to develop the children's natural interests & abilities through play in a fun way.
My goal for the Children is that they can develop in a way that uplifts their natural talents and love interests.
That they consciously create a life that they love to live and thrive in Not living in "survival mode."
I don't require a "boxed" like "mainstream school environment mentally" when it comes to their daily routine and what's possible for the type of success they want.
Things are always changing so must be flexible.
you can bring new fresh ideas for healthy expansion & growth and be open-minded in your approach to how the children are being raised.
You have the skills to safeguard the children (at all times) and be able to think/make Empowering decisions on your feet to any challenges that may arise without compromising the health, safety or emotional wellbeing of the children or yourself.
Document daily/weekly interactions/progress with the children... (This is for me to have a visually documented representation of your daily interactions/stay updated).
Will be required to show full DBS check and all relevant qualifications.
Preferably has no young children of your own & not currently working with another family.
