About Me
We are a family of 4 living in the great Baddow area of Chelmsford. 2 children aged 3yr and Newborn.
My Requirements
We are looking for a nanny to join us 2 days per from August 2026. Flexible on days and hours. Ideal hours would be core 8:30-5:30 but we work from home a lot so could work this to fit around you if needed.
Our son will be a little over a year so would like someone who is comfortable weaning, changing nappies, taking him to play groups, and helping him learn through play. We are looking for a hands on, engaging and fun person who can nurture him. Someone who uses encouragement and positive reinforcement rather than traditional authoritarian methods.
This would primarily be a 1:1 but would include pick up and drop off of our Daughter who is will be attending a school on new London road, and some school holidays.
