Hi My name is Jo I have 2 grown up children and am soon retiring from the nhs which will leave me more free time to babysit or part time nanny.My interests are yoga/pilates,theatre,music,travelling and my dog.I am experienced,motivated,self sufficient,calm but most importantly fun and love meeting new people.I still keep in touch with some of my charges who are now grown up and have children themselves.Look forward to hearing from you if you need help with your children.
My Experience
I have over 40 years experience as a nursery nurse in the nhs and as a nanny, maternity nurse and babysitter.I have extensive experience with the 0-1 yrs, special needs,multiples and pre term neonates. I have additional skills and training in breast/bottle feeding,weaning,speech and language,tongue tie.I have run and facilitated many post natal groups and am a professional mentor and administrator.I am fully dbs checked and am paediatric first aid and bls trained.I have a full driving licence and own car.All professional qualifications and relevant documentation is available to view by request.
