About Me
I’m a psychology student at the university of Dundee. I love music, baking and bringing a little bit of laughter and joy into peoples lives. I am have 3 sisters and 2 brothers and I am the older middle child.
My Experience
During the summer I went on a mission trip to south Philadelphia, which is a very deprived area, becoming a camp counsellor within a summer camp we were running there, helping children within the camp, talking to them and just being for them throughout the week. I felt that this was very precious and vital work as many of the children were from areas of poverty and it gave them a safe place to be. A lot of the children were going through some really tough situations, and so being able to be there for the children was very special to me.
I have also spend many nights childminding children from within my church as well as working within the church children's church/Sunday school, taking care of the children, answering their questions and taking care of their needs, as well as working with the babies within the crèche.
My Qualifications
I enhanced check for working with children. I have completed GCSE’s, A-Levels and have moved on to attain a psychology degree at the university of Dundee.
My Availability
I am a University student and so would only be available Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings as well as all day Saturday.
