My Requirements

*Nanny & Housekeeping requirements (2 kids - Age 4 and 2)*

Location: *Essex*

Salary: *850* (per calendar month)

*Tasks*

•? ?Cleaning the house weekly

•? ?Planning and Preparing meals for the kids including feeding.

•? ?Taking the girls to scheduled outings and appointments including parks, play areas, GP and play dates.

•? ?Providing an overall environment that enables the kids to safely learn and play

•? ?Performing household chores, laundry and ironing

•? ?Ensuring clean and tidy home environment all times.

•? ?Taking and Collecting the girls from school

•? ?Helping with homework, and supervising them during play.

•? ?Performing bath time duties - having bath and dressing them up

Putting the girls to bed ensuring all routines including timeline is followed.

•? ?All activities, chores relating to the girls.

•? ?Cleaning up after self and household - for example if there are plates in the kitchen sink, ensuring that it’s clean and no where is messy. Same as living area.

Character traits

*1.? ?Flexible hours*

This means on the days when I want to go out in the evening, I would expect the nanny to watch the girls.

Different hours are required based on whether the girls are in school, clubs, or on holiday. I will expect the nanny to be flexible with her working hours to cover the time of need. If the kids are not at home and all chores are complete, the nanny can take the downtime for herself but must be back before the kids return.

*2.? ?Lots of energy and patience*
Being able to handle all moods without losing temper or showing irritation .

*3.? ?Creative and educative*
Teaching and playing with the girls in an educative and creative manner. We do not want the kids placed in front of the TV just because it distracts them. Encouraging creative plays and being able to engage with the kids in their learning.

*4. Feeding*
There’s food in the household to be shared amongst everyone, however, if anything is unavailable, the nanny can purchase it with personal funds. If we go shopping together, the nanny can place what she needs in the basket within reason, however, this is at my discretion.

*5. Day off*
Day off must be within the week (Mon - Fri) and can be decided between us based on the least busiest day. If the nanny requires a day off during the weekend, this can be discussed and granted at my discretion if there are no plans for the kids or ourselves that require her services.

Also we are a muslim family and take the kids to the mosque occasionally on Sundays and other days as required. The nanny will be expected to go with us and look after the kids. The nanny is not expected or required to practice our faith or participate and is free to practice their respective religion/faith. The kids will be in a dedicated play room and not in the main hall of worship. We are looking for someone who is accommodating and respectful of our faith as we will be of theirs.
