Nicola supported us with childcare for two-year-old Zack.
She quickly developed a strong rapport with Zack and impressed us with her confidence and responsiveness to his needs. She brought arts and crafts activities for him, tailored to his interests and abilities. She changed his nappies, prepared his tea and tidied up afterwards.
Zack had severe eczema when Nicola started with us. Bathtime had been difficult and distressing for all of us, and Nicola was invaluable at helping Zack have fun in the water and entertained him while we applied his creams.
Zack was also still learning to walk confidently. Nicola did an amazing job building his confidence and encouraging him to use his new scooter. She took him on outings around the block and to the park to play on the swings.
She also helped Zack adapt to his new baby sister and was a wonderful support when she was born.
Nicola is a bubbly, enthusiastic and caring person. We were delighted with how she looked after Zack and would highly recommend her to other parents.
