About Me
I am a fun, friendly, and confident person studying zoology at the University of Bristol! I am looking for some evening/weekend work that I can complete around my studies. I love children and have 3 younger siblings so have plenty of experience.
My Experience
My siblings are currently 7 and 9 and I consistently babysit them but I was actively involved in changing nappies and babysitting from the minute I could! I also spent 5 weeks last summer volunteering in Africa where I visited various schools and taught sports and English to hundreds of different kids every day. Additionally, my step mother is a child minder in my home town so I have always been brought up as the 'older sister helper' in my family regardless of who was there. Finally, I do have some experience with children with special needs as I used to babysit for a family friend whose child suffered from severe autism and epilepsy.
My Qualifications
I have a DBS check from visiting Africa last summer, but being a student means I don't have the opportunity to obtain childcare qualifications. I have 9 GCSE's from B-A* and took 5 A-levels in Maths, physics, biology, chemistry, and welsh baccalaureate so I'm sure I can help with homework! :)
