About Me
Hi I am a semi retired health visitor/nurse age 59 . I am the mother of two grown up girls .I have one 2yr old granddaughter who keeps me as very active and busy nanna as I child mind her two days per week . I am looking to help out any family on a as required or part time basis including evening baby sitting . I am a happy , genuine and non judgemental person who loves people and enjoys working with children .
My Experience
The core of my 35 yr nursing carer has been to support children and families . I remain on the nursing register , though I would rather avoid all of the IT and stress involved in the nhs . Hence I am looking for more flexible and pleasurable work and would be happy to help out with childcare , promoting child development and supporting parents at any stage .I would be happy to undertake light house work duties , pick ups , drop offs , care of the new born and support to nursing mums as required
My Qualifications
I am a registered nurse/Health visitor who has chosen to retire early , I remain on the nmc register and am disclosure checked . I am qualified in infant massage and aromatherapy. I do occasional nursing bank shifts but would prefer a bit less stress and more fun work than nhs work now . I love being a nana providing childcare two days per week and I am so proud of my granddaughter’s development! I would love to support families in whatever they need .I would not be working as a nurse but as nana fantastic!

I am flexible but would avoid Tues and Friday as these days I care for my own grandchild
