Hello! I’m 23 years old and I have an education degree. I am eager to gain more experience working with children aged 4-11, either through babysitting or providing educational support through tutoring. The subject areas which I specialise in are Maths, English and Science.
My Experience
I have experience working with primary school children, from Reception to Year Six, throughout multiple school placements during my degree course. I have experience of being a Teaching Assistant both in a mainstream primary school and an SEND school. I have experience planning and teaching lessons and monitoring and assessing children’s progress and development. I am confident with supporting children’s learning across all subjects.
My Qualifications
I have a 2:1 degree in BA (Hons) Education (combined) from the University of Plymouth. I have received full safeguarding training (Keeping Children Safe in Education) and have a DBS certificate which is also on the Update Service.
I have GCSE grade C or above in English, Maths and Science.
I have A Levels in English Language, History, Psychology and Pre-Teaching.
