I am a 20-year-old university student, originally from Southampton, studying French and German at Cardiff University. I love children as they bring me so much joy, even though it’s not easy to look after them. In my free time, I love to read fiction, bake cakes and pastries, and listen to music. I often go to the theatre when I can, to watch musicals and plays.
My Experience
I have a lot of experience working with children, including babysitting regularly for friends and family, helping at my auntie’s early years nursery, working around children at Paultons Park (Peppa Pig World), and looking after my newborn niece.
My Qualifications
While I do not have any professional childcare qualifications, I have a Level 2 Qualification in Health and Social Care, which involved basic first aid training and learning that a child’s safety is paramount (amongst other things). As aforementioned, I have plenty of experience looking after children for both short and longer periods of time.
My Availability
I am fully available on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, but I am not available at all on Thursdays. I am available every evening of the week, but especially on the weekends.
