Hello. My name is Marcos and I am from Spain.
My mother had a kindergarden all her life and I used to go there to help. Preparing food, cleaning or takeing care of the oldest in the evenings.
I also have 2 nephews, from one and a half and 2 and a half years old.
I like outdoor activities and sports and I have experience on that but I also like to be quite, read a book, do yoga, etc..
I am a calm and well organised person.
I have a degree in Journalism and I am spanish teacher. I have worked in Red Cross teaching spanish, so I also offer to teach spanish if is wanted.
I am also musician and music therapist so I could even offer some music class if is needed.
My Experience
I have worked with kids and teenegers in many occasions:
School transportation for kids, driven them from their homes to school.
As a babysitter in the afternoons for kids between 5 and 10 while parents were working.
As sports instructor in 3 summer camps for kids between 6 and 12 years old. Working for the City Hall of my town and a Leisure and free time company as part of the activities they offered in summer.
Support class teacher helping kids with their homeworks for 2 hours a day in the evenings, while parents where working in La Luna school.
Canoeing teacher for 2 summer with teenegers between 14 and 18 years old as I was long term and experienced member of the Canoeing club of my town.
English teacher for kids between 4 and 5 for a summer course.
Percussion and drum teacher for teenegers between 14 and 20 years old, as part of a night program made by the City Hall of Valladolid. This program was made to give teenegers an alternative to partying with all kind of activities like music classe, dance classes, sports, etc...
