About Me
Hi my name is Farrah Williams and I have recently reloacted from Liverpool to Accrington after being there for around 6 years where I gained my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood at Liverpool Hope University. I absolutely love working with children and I think the best part about the job is getting to see them grow up into lovely knowledgable beings! I am positive, enthusiastic and have a warm energy which helps me build strong bonds with the children I work with. In my spare time I enjoy painting, cooking and walking, as well as spending time with my family too.
My Experience
I have worked in the early years sector for nearly 9 years now and I have a wealth of experience ranging from working with ages birth-5 years, running the pre-school room, SEN experience with non-verbal autistic children as well as a child with cerbral palsey. During college I did around 3 years work experience in a primary school and a variety of nurseries around the bolton area, then during my time at University I worked as supply staff at an agency for different nurseries around liverpool. After I graduated in 2021 I worked at an Ofsted rated 'Oustanding' nursery in liverpool where I worked for a year and a half with over 20 key children, planning activities, safguarding the children and making sure the quality of care is up to perfect standard. I have recently completed safeguarding training and have my first aid certificate. I now currently work in a nursery as a level 6 practitioner in the Pre-School room.
