My Experience
I began my childcare career as an apprentice at the age of 16! I found my passion and knew that this was the job for me! Since then I have progressed my career, gained my level 3 qualification and worked in a variety of settings. I have shaped my practice around a range of pedagogy’s including Montessori. I have climbed the ladder and gained experience as a deputy manager and now am currently acting manager of a preschool setting.
