About Me
Hello! I’m 18 years old and have recently left college as I didn’t think it was right for me to go on to do childcare and hoping to get an apprenticeship soon in a nursery! However, before that, I’m looking for some extra experience and something I can enjoy in the meantime. I’ve always wanted to do something with childcare and am hoping to go onto do something involving the welfare of children later in life! I feel like this would be a good start :) I’m a fun and outgoing person who loves to help people. I was also diagnosed with Aspergers when I was 12 so I like to think I understand that kinda thing and can help children experiencing the same if need be. I’m also hoping to pass my driving test on the 9th of May which will make commuting a lot easier :)
My Experience
I haven’t had any experience with children professionally but have always been told I’m great with them and have had to look after them before. I don’t mind changing nappies / feeding them or anything like that! Nothing is too much work I just want to help parents out and also get some more experience in for my career later in life :)
My Qualifications
I passed all my GCSES with mostly C grades and was achieving B’s before I left college. I also did health & social BTEC for GCSE which I learned a lot about the development of children and how to care for them - I received a distinction in this. I also did this subject for a few months for A level.
My Availability
At the moment I’m free literally all day everyday unless something unexpected comes up :)
However, I will always put arrangements made on here first of course!
