Excellent Childminder

So sad to be saying bye but Kate aka Nanny K is simply amazing, I cannot thank her enough! Our son joined Nanny K’s setting just after he turned 1 and attended for 16 months. As a first time mum at the time, I was super anxious about leaving my son with a stranger but Kate’s kindness, patience, experience and setting reassured me right away. He absolutely enjoyed his time with Nanny K and always looked forward to wanting to press the door bell when we’d arrive. I will miss picking him up and seeing the smile on his face when handing me his artwork 😭

Nanny K provides a warm, safe and educational setting in a fun and spacious environment with access to an incredible garden. My son engaged in countless activities both indoor and out throughout his day, everyday, allowing him to develop different interests and skills including play, personal hygiene, potty training, eating/drinking. What makes Nanny K’s setting even more special and fun is the songs they sing to help them learn and develop life skills. It is really impressive how much my son has learned in what feels like a short time that he was there. He was always so sociable, bubbly and confident when in her care.

Kate is incredibly communicative, super reliable and flexible. She is passionate about what she does and really cares about her mindees. She also provides detailed updates and pictures from over the year which are valuable memories and snapshots of the wonderful activities they do at her setting.

I cannot recommend Nanny K enough. We will miss her! Thank you so so so much for being an excellent childminder and for your wonderful care
