I have learnt overtime the importance of maintaining a childlike demeanour as it allows one to relate to a child as well as understanding their unique needs and concerns. I am very understanding and patient as I understand that a child’s communication skills are limited. I am very creative, playful yet very responsible. Because whilst creativity and playfulness are deeply essential in a child’s development, being responsible is paramount in protecting the child. A child needs to be safeguarded and protected from emotion, mental and physical harm as children are not aware of the hazards around them.

I currently work as a nursery teacher. And I am teaching children below the age of two.
