My name is Ben and I’m happy to help with any childcare relating jobs!
I am happy and jolly and always find a way to make children laugh and enjoy themselves! I have a passion for childcare and caring for children no matter the child - mainstream and SEND.
My Experience
I have worked with children from the age of 16. Whilst trying to find other jobs, my heart has always been set upon childcare and education - so I’ve always come running back to the sector and now I’m here to stay!!!
I have worked as a teaching assistant, special educational needs learning support assistant before I found my dream within a nursery setting. Now I am a SENCo within a setting which helps a range of children - both mainstream and SEND. I am working towards my Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification as well as my Level 3 SENCo in the Early Years qualification.
I have worked with a range of SEND including ASD, Deafness, Downs Syndrome and more! I have experience of non-verbal, pre-verbal and verbal children as well as working with children from 3 months all the way to post 16 so I am able to help in all areas of childcare!
My Qualifications
I am working towards my Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and my Level 3 SENCo in the Early Years qualification.
I have my paediatric first aid qualification and food hygiene qualifications as well as many other early years CPD training.
I have completed my A levels in English Literature, Psychology and Criminology so am great at helping with homework if needed!!!
My Availability
I am available any day after 8 Monday to Friday and am happy to come out on the weekend - just give me a time and a place and I will be there!

My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
- Childminding from £13.00 per hour
My rate is £13/hour for one child. Any subsequent children within the household who I will be taking care of is £1/hour.
