My Requirements

ISO: Mothers Helper/Nanny in Highgate

?We are a warm international family looking for a mothers helper/nanny in Highgate for our growing family. We have a funny, caring, cautious, and very verbal just turned 2 year old daughter and a second baby on the way, due in October.

? I will be at home on maternity leave for the next year, so the nanny will be another pair of hands at home and will mostly spend time with our toddler (taking her to classes, drop ins, the park, playground and more… or doing educational, practical life, or sensory play or arts and crafts at home). Ideally the nanny could also cook healthy family meals, be a helping pair of hands, and on more rare occasions feel confident in spending time with both children or just the little one to give me and my toddler a bit of one on one time.

? We are looking for a loving, kind, thoughtful, creative person, who takes initiative. Ideally you’d have training in early childhood development and/or experience working with little children. Experience with responsive caregiving, forest school, or Montessori is welcomed.

?We’d be looking for someone to work with us for around 20-35 hours a week for 4-5 days a week. A major plus would be someone who would also be willing to add some extra evening or weekend babysitting hours on occasion. However, we can be flexible with hours and days of the week for the right person and could add more time later in the year once my husband has gone back to work from Paternity leave, should the nanny want that.
