About Me
I am 24 years old and moved to London from Germany last summer. I am currently doing my master's degree at LSE and since I have always loved to babysit I am now looking to find a friendly family where I can help out, so the parent(s) can get some time off.
My Experience
I have worked as a babysitter since I am fifteen. For about three years I was with a family of three boys (ages 1,3,6 at the time I started), mainly in the evenings which was hectic and a lot of fun. I also babysat a girl of five for a couple of years. After high school, I went to Costa Rica where I worked at a daycare center for children from troubled homes. The kids I was responsible for kids who were between just a few months and six years old. I have not done any training but bring a lot of experience and creative ideas.
My Qualifications
I have babysat for a family of three boys and one with a young girl. Furthermore, I have three-month experience of working in a daycare center in Costa Rica. Otherwise, I am not trained in child care. I studied Political Science as my bachelor and am now a conflict studies student, so sadly really nothing related to taking good care of kids.
My Availability
I am flexible since I am writing my dissertation and do not have any classes. Ideally, I would like to work one to three times a week.
