Hi my name is Laura and I live in Widnes with my partner Chris who is a structural engineer step daughter who is 15 and 2 dachshunds. I am a LSA in a school in Liverpool and have been for the past 8 years. My family are everything so we spend a lot of time together. I like travelling and have always been an old soul who is happy going for walks or in a coffee shop in the Lake District. I love history and am more than happy to have a nerdy day out in a museum.
My Experience
I have 20 years experience with ages 0-11 and am currently working as a LSA in a school. Over the years I have worked in nursery’s, schools and as a childminder. I have worked with SEN children and have been trained in safeguarding, first aid and read write inc. I am very experienced and have worked with many families as a childminder over the years. I am fun loving and am not afraid to get stuck into any activity. I am trustworthy and reliable and always build great relationships with the families and children I have cared for. I am passionate about my job and find it very rewarding. I treat every child I have cared for genuinely like they were my own I feel a great and trusting relationship with children is the best foundation.
