Hi My Name is Erica and I seriously love hanging out with children.They are so full of amazing energy and such a joy to be around. I am passionate about children because you can learn a lot from them, like how to enjoy the simple things in life. I have been working with children for the past 10 years in the position of babysitters, nanny, and a daycare assistant. I have worked with all ages from newborn to 10 years old. I love working with children and getting to know them and their individual personalities.
I also enjoy watching children grow and learn, helping them as they grow and face new challenges in school and life in general. I have a passion for childcare that I can not ignore. I am currently doing my Msc in Strategic People Management which I will diverse to the children sector later in future, I look forward to completing my schooling and becoming a Strategist in managing people. Kids are simply my favorite to be around never a dull moment.

I believe that children are my first priority and I will do my best to nurture the inherent gifts that each one brings and shares with me. I believe what greatly makes a difference in a child’s life is a Carer who cares about each child and who cares from the heart to touch or challenge every aspect of a child’s personality, cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and cultural during his or her journey with me. I also believe that every child deserves the opportunity be loved and cared for.
