About Me
Hi my name is Catherine and I am a fully registered primary teacher in Glasgow looking for work as a private tutor or babysitter during the school summer holidays. I have a teaching degree, I am PVG checked and I also have babysitting and tutoring experience. I love cooking, have previous experience working in a kitchen and I am more than happy to cook meals. I am very flexible with working hours, the only day I am unavailable is a Wednesday when I look after my nephew and twin baby nieces. I am enthusiastic, caring and really enjoy working with children.
My Experience
I have 2 years teaching experience working with children aged 4-12 as a primary school teacher in Glasgow. I have previously worked as a maths and English tutor and baby-sitter for primary aged children and have completed voluntary work with children across different settings. I have previously worked as a babysitter for a family with 3 children including a baby and I tutored the oldest child in maths. I also have experience working with children with additional support needs. I am PVG disclosure checked and hold degrees in Primary teaching and Psychology. I also have experience working with babies and currently have two twin 9 month old nieces whom I look after on a Wednesday! I am approachable, caring and friendly and enjoy giving children fun, learning experiences while making sure that they feel safe and nurtured. Please message me if you have any questions!

My Availability
I will be available for work the week beginning Monday 26th of June, until Thursday 31st of August when I fly to Australia to teach for a year.

Babysitting from £12 per hour dependent on number of children.
Tutoring from £20-£30 per hour depending on distance.
